Shipping

We do our best to send your items to you as soon as possible, and most of our items will ship within 48 hours. 

If you order more than one item do not be concerned if you do not receive them all at once, we do not like to keep our customers waiting, so we send each item as soon as it's ready to go. 

We deliver to customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. GRÜVN cannot make changes to your shipping address once a package has been shipped, and GRÜVN is not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses. Whatever the customer orders is what we ship. We cannot be held liable for the customer receiving the wrong item if they placed the wrong order. That seems fair, right? :)

Shipping is via local postal services once dispatched from the origin, and hence shipping times can vary seasonally.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. For our pickleball paddles, orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours on working days. For our clothing, bags, and drinkware items, those orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 1–3 business days. Most of our suppliers process within 48 hours..
  • Shipping time: Shipping time estimates for each item in our store are included below each item's description. This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the destination.

(our shipping costs per item are higher (Canada & Int'l are minimum $20USD) so we pay much of the shipping cost)

GRÜVN cannot be held responsible for any package that does not make it through the local customs and is destroyed due to the item being illegal in the destination country. Customers are solely responsible for complying with their local laws. We can also not be held responsible for any import tax that may occur and it is the customers sole responsibility to pay this fee, if any. Should the buyer refuse the package due to import duties or taxes, the buyer takes full liability for all the costs involved in the process.

All orders reported as "delivered" by shipping companies are considered delivered. GRÜVN cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case. If a delivery fails for any reason and the address sent to was the correct address as provided by the customer, GRÜVN cannot be held liable if a package is returned to us.

All non-receipt of orders must be reported within 2 months from the date we ship the item to you, for Latin America this deadline is extended to 3 months for postal deliveries. After this time we will no longer be able to investigate and no compensation will be offered.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by destination and product. Each product description includes estimates for various destinations.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

Modifying The Order

Once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our Warranty and Returns policy comes into effect. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly.
