It is a high-performance paddle with a carbon fiber surface and a 16mm core. This paddle excels at placement and feel. A great balance of stability, controllable power, pop, lots of spin (2290 RPM!), and dwell time. It is USAP PBCoR 0.43 Certified for tournament play.
